Do you really have to go low carb… or keto… or any other current trendy “diet” people are talking about?
My answer is NO, you don’t have to follow any of that stuff.
You should do what works best for you…
Only you know what makes you feel and look your best.
Too many people over-complicate their nutrition, which leads to frustration and eventual failure.
Maybe you’ve dealt with this yourself?
I have something I want to share with you that has allowed me to worry LESS about getting in all of the vitamins and minerals I know my body needs… and focusing MORE on living a fun, enjoyable lifestyle…
